JEET KUNE DO (JKD) is a combat philosophy and system that we practice extensively to in addition to the foundation training. The JKD backbone concepts are Wing Chun based because it is Bruce Lee's mother-art while its heavily influenced by fencing and Western boxing. Jeet Kune Do means "Way of the intercepting fist" and Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do means "Bruce Lee's way of the intercepting fist" because Bruce invented Jeet Kune Do.
