	CRCA WING CHUN GUNG FU is the foundation of all combat training in our program. Wing Chun is one of the last high-level arts created from the Southern Shaolin temple, also written Ving Tsun or Wing Tsun means "spring chant" or "forever spring". This Chinese art is the most scientific art engineered for the human body and it is considered as one of the most effective close-range combat art ever invented. The Chinese army integrated this art into their combat training as one can learn to be an effective fighter within only 3 to 6 months.
